These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My App Video website located at www.myappvideo.com ("Website") and the services provided by FLONERA LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our Website, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
My App Video provides custom promotional video production services for mobile applications and software products. Our services include, but are not limited to, creating app demo videos, promotional trailers, and marketing content based on the assets, specifications, and instructions you provide.
All services are delivered digitally. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payment is required in full at the time of order submission and is processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.
You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful payment. Your order is not considered accepted until you receive this confirmation.

Delivery timelines begin once we have received your complete order, including all required assets (screenshots, logos, brand materials, etc.).
Delivery is made digitally via a secure download link sent to your registered email address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information or assets provided by the Customer.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Due to the custom, digital nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We are committed to delivering high-quality work. If you are not satisfied with the delivered video, we will work with you through reasonable revisions to address your concerns. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
If you believe there is a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us at sarah@myappvideo.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
Since no physical goods are sold, there is no return policy applicable to our services.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Because production begins immediately upon order confirmation, cancellations are not accepted after an order has been submitted and payment has been processed.

Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the delivered video for your business purposes. FLONERA LLC retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the assets (screenshots, logos, brand materials, music selections, etc.) you provide to us. You agree to indemnify and hold FLONERA LLC harmless from any claims arising from the materials you provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLONERA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Our services are available to customers worldwide. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services and the resulting video content complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
